Del Quest, PhD, LCSW

Del Quest began calling Oregon home more than ten years ago, after living in nearly every other time zone in the US. Prior to joining the Prevention team, Del taught in graduate social work programs for several universities. As a clinical social worker, Del had the privilege of working with youth and families experiencing mental health and substance use concerns.

Del completed her PhD in Social Work and Social Research at Portland State University, and her MSW at University of Denver. As the Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Promotion Coordinator, Del works closely with schools and other community partners to increase awareness of suicide warning signs, and reduce barriers to good mental health services for all Lane County residents.
